![]() May the joy of the Christ Child be upon you and your families this morning. The joy of Christmas rests on a simple truth that goes beyond our own generosity in the giving and receiving of presents: God has come into our lives, God has come in an infant child who was born for us so that we might, one day, share God’s glory and bring light and life to our little part of the world. This is not fake news but a truth we proclaim loudly - God has given us himself; has given us his life; has given us his Son that we might know eternal life. This is the greatest of all gifts. This Christmas day may you be blessed and, more importantly, become a blessing to all with whom you share this day. Pax et Bonum! Fr Phelim ![]()

St German's has been successful in being awarded a stage 1 grant for essential roof repair work. The church is very grateful to everyone who supports the Lottery by buying tickets. This money will be put to good use on this well loved and well used church.
Welcome
Welcome to the website of St German’s Church, Adamsdown, part of the Church in Wales (Anglican). As followers of Jesus Christ, we exist to serve God and God's people in our local community and throughout the world. Our mission and purpose is to bring others to faith in Jesus Christ and to promote the Christian Gospel. We seek to inspire lives of committed service and, in all respects, live the implications of our faith within the contemporary setting of Cardiff and Wales. We strive to be a welcoming community where worshippers enjoy a sense of belonging to a ‘parish family’. Parish Priest:
